The aim of the paper is to propose a statistical analysis to quantitatively evaluate how largely each process parameter of Stereolithography Apparatus contributes to the part accuracy. A specimen, with an H shape, has been used to estimate the dimensional error of the test part. Based upon the results obtained from a Taguchi's experiment planning the contributions of each process parameter is evaluated and discussed in detail.
