Abstract

This paper witnesses a successful application of the HY-CHANGE© methodology at Bosch T.D.It. in Bari, Italy, where a continuous process improvement action for tool management optimisation has been performed.Through the application presented, the hybrid methodology is discussed, as well as its aim of supporting continuous process Improvement and Innovation (I&I) in manufacturing realities. The main steps of the action performed are illustrated with the performances derived. A final discussion is provided to highlight the weak and strong points of the approach and ofthe cooperation
