Design adressed to build human scenarios consistent with the echnological advancement faces the challenge of defining products and services that are in line with people's needs. The industry's digital standards have opened to online interaction dynamics between the users, as co-worker, and the stakeholder networks, involved in the process of creating, managing, and selling consumer goods. The Design disipline, in this context, redefines its role by assuming the “mediation” between the innovation processes and the production strategies of goods, services and experiences within the relational value creation processes.
La progettazione orientata a costruire scenari umani co- erenti con l’avanzamento tecnologico affronta la sfida di definire prodotti e servizi sempre più in linea con le aspetta- tive delle persone. Gli standard digitali dell’industria hanno aperto alle dinamiche d’interazione on line dell’utente co- worker e del network degli stakeholder coinvolti nel pro- cesso di creazione, gestione e distribuzione dei beni di con- sumo. Il design in questo scenario ridefinisce il proprio ruolo assumendo la “mediazione” tra i processi d’innovazione e le strategie di produzione di beni, servizi ed esperienze all’in- terno del sistema relazionale alla base della creazione del valore
