Il GLS come strumento di misura della qualità del servizio di viabilità: verifica del parametro sicurezza

Quality of Road Service can be measured by a tool called Global Level of Service (GLS) through more than 50 indicators evaluation. The variety of these indicators is due to the modern meaning of quality of service, that takes in account parameters connected to user and every subject involved needs: social, environmental, functional, parameters and most of all, road safety parameters. In fact, one among the six groups of indicators (GLS representative), takes in account parameters bounded to road safety. This is the primary aim for road facilities users, managers and road planners. In this work, research results are presented. The research aim is verifying safety parameters sensitivity, when individual parameters of the group change through the comparison with incidentality.
