In this paper electric energy flows between Countries of the European Region are investigated, using panel data of electric energy import/export values from 1996 to 2007. A graphic tool for analyzing Energetic Mix between European Countries is proposed, with the aim of drawing a visual map of economic energy exchanges in EU, useful for supporting territorial politics for saving energy and guaranteeing energy efficiency, as requested by the European Green Paper. In detail, a case study is developed by analyzing electric energy flows between a selected country and its economic neighbouring countries. The proposed graphic method can be obviously extended to all European Countries. Further developments can also be foreseen in the analysis of renewable energy flows.

Abstract
Further developments can also be foreseen in the analysis of renewable energy flows.I documenti in IRIS sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
