This paper presents a data and web mining application able to provide e-Knowledge services in a distributed and heterogeneous environment for the analysis of territorial dynamics. The application is built on an infrastructure of Business Integration for the cooperation of applications between Small and Medium Businesses and Local Governments. Techniques of crawling and Knowledge Discover processes are respectively used for the extraction and the analysis of unstructured and structured data. Finally, a case study is presented.
