Abstract
We propose a configuration for a basic optomechanical device, consisting of two suspended silicon waveguides and a method for studying its dynamic behaviour, with attention to the transient phases of motion. Our work is aimed to provide a useful tool to design optomechanical devices, with particular attention to its mechanical dynamic characteristics.File in questo prodotto:
