The present chapter presents some practical laboratory experiences related to time-domain measurements. The instrument used for this purpose is the oscilloscope. First a theoretical introduction is provided to understand the basic operating principles. Successively, some didactic laboratory examples are presented to be used as a practical tutorial in using oscilloscope. In particular, the characterization of passive filters and the measurement of parameters of operational amplifiers are described, as well as the evaluation of the related measurement uncertainty according to the theory described in Chap. 1.

Abstract
The present chapter presents some practical laboratory experiences related to time-domain measurements. The instrument used for this purpose is the oscilloscope. First a theoretical introduction is provided to understand the basic operating principles. Successively, some didactic laboratory examples are presented to be used as a practical tutorial in using oscilloscope. In particular, the characterization of passive filters and the measurement of parameters of operational amplifiers are described, as well as the evaluation of the related measurement uncertainty according to the theory described in Chap. 1.I documenti in IRIS sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
