The control problem of a wind system considered as an isolate source of power has been taken into account. The wind system is composed of a horizontal-axis wind-turbine connected to synchronous generator. In order to simulate the dynamic behavior of wind system, appropriate mathematical models for both the horizontal-axis wind-turbine and the synchronous generator have been considered. The proposed control algorithm relies on the fuzzy logic framework exploiting the knowledge of few steady state working conditions (control input - controlled output value pairs). The fuzzy logic scheme, not only properly combines the knowledge within the working point data set, but it also is able to consider the controlled variable deviation (control tracking error) and its first time derivative. Then few results of control problems are finally illustrate in order to prove the reliability of the suggested enhanced control technique.

Abstract
Then few results of control problems are finally illustrate in order to prove the reliability of the suggested enhanced control technique.I documenti in IRIS sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
