This paper analyzes an innovative model based on a multilevel control of production processes. The proposed model is focused on the innovative process control systems involving artificial intelligence (AI). This methodology allows to improve a decision making process supported by industry 4.0 facilities. The model can be applied for different industries sectors and represent a tool for ISO 9001:2015 check control system. The paper describes in detail all the level model functions.

Abstract

This paper analyzes an innovative model based on a multilevel control of production processes. The proposed model is focused on the innovative process control systems involving artificial intelligence (AI). This methodology allows to improve a decision making process supported by industry 4.0 facilities. The model can be applied for different industries sectors and represent a tool for ISO 9001:2015 check control system. The paper describes in detail all the level model functions.
