The energy retrofit of buildings takes on an increasingly important role in the path of the so-called ecological transition. The research work shown here relates to a methodological proposal for the thermo-physical characterization of buildings within Urban Energy Simulation Models (UESM). The activity focused on the development of a survey method of the existing one based on the photogrammetric technique assisted by the combined use of thermographic images in order to energetically characterize the building envelope.
