The subject of the study is thermal and electrodynamic processes in the elements of a resistojet propulsion system, given the influence of an electrical power supply system. The aim is to obtain dynamic thermal characteristics related to the duration of the startup preparation phase of a resistojet propulsion system. The task is to create a mathematical model of thermal processes in a resistojet propulsion system, taking into account the influence of an electrical power supply system. The method used is the mathematical modeling of the processes occurring during the startup preparation phase of a resistojet propulsion system based on experimental data. The following results were obtained: mathematical models of thermal processes in the tank, steam generator, and thruster taking into account the influence of an electrical power supply system and a general mathematical model of a resistojet propulsion system based on experimental data were built. The scientific novelty of the results consists in estimating the duration of the startup preparation phase of a resistojet propulsion system, given the influence of an electrical power supply system.

Abstract
