The need to implement the so-called green transition in the context of production and socio-economic systems assumes an increasingly important weight in international political dynamics. To achieve this objective, there are various solutions, including implementing suitable energy retrofit interventions on the buildings and considering the urban district scale, favouring, in addition to the more conventional efficiency techniques that act on the buildings envelope and systems, solutions based on local energy production within energy communities. In order to evaluate the effectiveness of energy retrofit solutions in specific urban contexts and therefore to encourage their application, a methodology for analysing the existing buildings has been developed. The proposed approach is divided into several phases, starting from the survey phase managed with an innovative photogrammetric technique capable of collecting information in the visible and thermal infrared spectrum, passing through the point cloud analysis phases, then construction of the digital model and the energy model, to conclude with a methodology for analysing the results at the urban district scale using geoBIM.

Abstract
The proposed approach is divided into several phases, starting from the survey phase managed with an innovative photogrammetric technique capable of collecting information in the visible and thermal infrared spectrum, passing through the point cloud analysis phases, then construction of the digital model and the energy model, to conclude with a methodology for analysing the results at the urban district scale using geoBIM.I documenti in IRIS sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
