In decision-making and policymaking it is important to integrate appropriate decision support systems (DSS) to manage the situational and dynamic complexity of contexts. Potential applications of intelligent knowledge management models are now envisaged in these DSS. Looking at cooperative scenario building for strategic planning, the paper carries out preliminary notes about using generative artificial intelligence, with an experimental, virtual-based approach.
