The integration of graphene in high frequency devices envisages the possibility to realize new components for microwave, terahertz up to optical frequency ranges. In this paper, we will discuss the latest achievements and new perspectives in graphene-based devices for applications such as communication engineering, photonic technology and sensing. We will also review our recent results on modeling and characterization of optically transparent graphene-based microwave devices.

Abstract
The integration of graphene in high frequency devices envisages the possibility to realize new components for microwave, terahertz up to optical frequency ranges. In this paper, we will discuss the latest achievements and new perspectives in graphene-based devices for applications such as communication engineering, photonic technology and sensing. We will also review our recent results on modeling and characterization of optically transparent graphene-based microwave devices.I documenti in IRIS sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
