Analysis of simple motor tasks can be a useful diagnostic tool for patient affected by Parkinson Disease (PD). The method of analysis is crucial to extract more possible information from the acquired signals. Using Multiresolution Analysis (MRA) and Transformed Wavelet (WT) it is possible to point out characteristics of the signal and isolate events in time because of their main peculiarities, the variable resolution in the analysis of the signals, and the possibilities to choose the transforming function (wavelet mother) [1]. The objective of this work is to determine if in patients affected by PD it is possible using the MRA to individuate parameters useful for revealing the state of the subject and, in case, correlate them with clinical tests (MMSE, evaluation on FIM scale, Tinetti test for the superior art) and instrumental tests (PG-static posturography).

Abstract
Analysis of simple motor tasks can be a useful diagnostic tool for patient affected by Parkinson Disease (PD). The method of analysis is crucial to extract more possible information from the acquired signals. Using Multiresolution Analysis (MRA) and Transformed Wavelet (WT) it is possible to point out characteristics of the signal and isolate events in time because of their main peculiarities, the variable resolution in the analysis of the signals, and the possibilities to choose the transforming function (wavelet mother) [1]. The objective of this work is to determine if in patients affected by PD it is possible using the MRA to individuate parameters useful for revealing the state of the subject and, in case, correlate them with clinical tests (MMSE, evaluation on FIM scale, Tinetti test for the superior art) and instrumental tests (PG-static posturography).I documenti in IRIS sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
