A new sensory experience is the postwar definition Samonà adopts to describe his choices of the refoundation of architectural education at the Iuav. This contribution is intended to deepen the often overlooked role, that in this case has been for Samonà, the main identity component of the Venetian culture until the early '60s, with a distinct focus on teachings that have been often considered minor such as; Decoration, Scenography, Interior Architecture furniture and decoration, taught by teachers trained in the cultural Venetian academy within the so-called artistic industry.
