In this paper the performance of wireless optical links in terms of bit-error-probability is evaluated, aiming at the assessment of optical wireless network-on-chip systems based on all-dielectric antennas. In particular, a ray tracing technique is suitably exploited to account for the channel modeling of the multi-layer optical wireless communication links, whereas the dielectric antennas is designed through a parametric analysis by FDTD simulations.

Abstract
In this paper the performance of wireless optical links in terms of bit-error-probability is evaluated, aiming at the assessment of optical wireless network-on-chip systems based on all-dielectric antennas. In particular, a ray tracing technique is suitably exploited to account for the channel modeling of the multi-layer optical wireless communication links, whereas the dielectric antennas is designed through a parametric analysis by FDTD simulations.I documenti in IRIS sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
