Artificial Intelligence (AI) is shaping both technological innovation and creative practices. In artistic contexts, AI systems are often approached either as a computational tool or as autonomous generators. This poster instead examines them as interactive environments for experimentation, interpretation, and critical reflection. By showcasing our interactive systems, we highlight how AI-mediated interfaces can support co-creative exploration while preserving human agency. Human-Centred AI is proposed as a useful lens for examining AI-supported artistic practices, with particular attention to embodiment, interpretability, and creative control.
