The engineering project is a complex process developing through time as a series of elementary phenomena also conditioned by random external circumstances. A new approach in engineering project analysis is referred to in a model based on an elementary game. In this paper, in order to improve the comprehension of the suggested approach, an example of a game is illustrated.
