Abstract

This workdealswitha micromagnetic model able to characterize nanoscale oscillators based on three terminal magnetic tunnel junctions. The effect of the spin-transfer torque and the spin-orbit torque are taken into account. Our results predict that the possibilityto couple spintronics to spin-orbitronics, and specifically to separate electrically those two torque sources, A scalable synchronization scheme based on the parallel connection of those three terminal devices is proposed.
